Pioneer BDR-S11JX Help

I purchased a Pioneer BDR-S11JX and had it installed. It works fine. I can't find a version of the pioneer bd drive utility that will work with this drive. I had the utility installed for the BDR-212UBK but the utility says NNo drive connected. I would like to be able to make settings chanes for the new drive but can't figure a way around this.

I am legally blind so I hope this is the correct place to post this message.

if its a fake drive sometimes the pioneer utility wont work
and the flood of s11jx are mostly fake crossflashes

You have the wrong utility.

Get PioneerBDR-S09-S11DriveUtility_v1.2.0.2.exe in the BDR S09 section

I downloaded the bd ddrive usility that you suggested but when i run the winrar.exe file i see: c:/users/appdata/loc
Windows is NULL

I have no idea what this means.

Can you please help me with this.

What do you mean by winrar.exe? You should just double-click the .exe you downloaded.
