Would anyone please help me with the magical firmware needed for 4K discs reading?

Makemkv is describing it as follows but when I try to put a UHD disc into it, disc is not recognized and after a while I have a "no disc" message

Is there a way to get it working ? Problem is that it is "last" official firmware.
