Actualy Filename that copys in GUI and CLI

Hello,

i try to program a small copy tool with some more features than the original GUI has.
Telegram Info goes out, when the Backup are Ready and copy the move-->rename the log file from the backup to a special folder automised.

With the original GUI you see, that are "Source file :" and "Output file :"
How can i make it visible with CLI ?
How can i read the actually "Source file" Name from that file, that are starting to encrypt and make the backup ?

I didn`t find a special parameter or something different.
I make trick and take a look, which file is actually writing.
