I'm looking for a Pioneer Drive for Blu rays and 4Ks disc from US.
Is it better to purchase a new drive and flash drive? Or buy one already flashed.

I have purchased several of these drives from Newegg and this vendor and they have worked well after being flashed with Billy's firmware:
