Can this RS8232 BDR-XD05 be cross-flashed to UHD firmware?

Pioneer BDR-XD05
RS8232 platform
Firmware 3.10 / ID34
Firmware date 2017-06-22
Original (unpatched) firmware
LibreDrive enabled

Anyone have instructions for this?

I have a BDR-XD05 RS8232 with firmware 3.10/ID34. Can you confirm this XD06J-UHD package is specifically intended for my XD05 and that it will cross-flash safely to the XD06J-UHD firmware?
