The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring

Anyone having a problem backing up this movie? Seems to go right to the end then the error message appears. Can anyone help?

Your disc is dirty / damaged / poorly manufactured.

You may wish to try cleaning the surface of the disc with a soft cloth, but likely you'll have to return it for a new one.
