Got one of these from Frank yesterday. I'm delighted with it. Plugged it in and it worked immediately. Ripped three UHD discs with no issues. I dig the small footprint, too.

Rough timeline: I emailed him Friday afternoon with questions. He responded quickly, included in his response was that USPS had already been by so the earliest it would ship was Saturday. I submitted payment shortly after. He quickly acknowledged receipt. Later the same day I had proof of the drive's operation and a tracking number. USPS notified me Saturday that the package was picked up. Arrived today (Weds). I went full steam ahead with a 4K/UHD disc and it worked perfectly.
