Knight and Day extended cut fails with input error

Trying to convert Knight and Day, extended cut, but it fails with:

I have both the BD+ dump and the debug log, but forum only allows 1MB attachments (dump is 4.5MB, log is 103MB gzipped). Let me know how/where to upload the files if you need them.

This is not a BD+ issue. Try making a full disc backup and see if any hashcheck errors show up.

Thanks for the tip! Not only did making a full backup work, I was also able to create a MKV from the backup. No errors.

Out of curiosity, and for future reference, what could cause these errors?
