Yes, remove 2 screws & snap apart - see my reply to your questions in my ASUS 5 1/4" For Sale thread (drive also removable), linked in my signature.

I've answered all e-mails sent to drives@nicholasfamilycentral.com. Just checked junk mail & nothing there. Can you give a hint about the name it comes from? If your initials are JDW & you're really asking about the Buffalo slim drives (not the 5 1/4" in this thread), we've exchanged 5 x e-mails since May 2nd.

The first post of all of my threads are up to date with stock/inventory availability. The drives are still in stock & normally ship by next business day.
