HK file fails to download

Hi,

I am trying to rip a UHD disc. When I try the rip on a windows 11 PC I get the message "Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed". But when I attach the same external UHD drive to a windows 10 PC on the same network it works perfectly. I have tried on two Windows 10 PCs and both are fine , it is only the Windows 11 PC that fails. All have the same Norton antivirus package(360) and I have checked the Make MKV settings and they seem similar. Why is Win 11 failing when Win 10 works. Uninstalling and re-installing makes no difference.

Most likely windows 11 geo-blocking Russia. You need to either sort that out or run MakeMKV through a VPN.

Many thanks. I tried using Surfshark VPN and after several tries I managed to get it to work using an Australian VPN (as there is no option to use a Russian VPN). It ripped on disc, but when I tried another the next day it just fails every time no matter what VPN I try?
