Hopefully someone can help me. I'm a frail first time poster so please treat me as a noob.
I have a Verbatim 43888 with Pioneer BDR-UD04 drive. Firmware from 2020. I've been sucessfully backing up my 4K movies to Plex except for one of the movies: Batman (1989)...
It seems the drive is not able to read it. I can hear it spin up faintly but shortly after it say no disc is inserted. Since all other movies works I thought it was something wrong with the disc and managed to get another copy from the seller. That disc doesn't work either! I don't get it!
Batman Returns read flawlessly so why can't this movie do it?
Both copies came with a 1080p disc as well, both read fine. What can be wrong? I've cleaned both discs, not the laser however. Seems like it won't do any good since all other movies works fine.
