@Walker, hello! May I ask you to make a virtual memory dump from your drive? I'm working on a flashing tool for Pioneer drives, which is the true manufacturer of your ASUS. In theory it's possible to flash this drive with a BDR-UD03 or BDR-UD04 firmware, since they have identical hardware. But first I need to take a look on the memory dump. I will provide necessary software and instructions via PM.
Any other people having this drive are welcome, too.
Hi @Blackened2687, I do have the same drive (same output in MakeMKV as OP) and would like to know whether I could flash to UHD.
Happy to provide any details you need.

Looks like it might be a rebranded ud03 you can flash those to ud04 and do uhd on Windows but not 100% sure it's a ud03

This is the info shown in MakeMKV. Just let me know if I have to launch some other tool or look for something else.
Drive Information
OS device name: D:
Manufacturer: ASUS
Product: SBW-06D5H-U
Revision: E101
Serial number: TEDL173184WL
Firmware date: 2018-08-22
Bus encryption flags: 1B
LibreDrive Information
Status: Might be supported in future, keep fingers crossed
Drive platform: Pioneer RS8511
Firmware version: ID26
No disc inserted
Just looked at the drive info for my Pioneer UD03 drive. Before I flashed it to the UD04 version it said the Drive Platform = RS8511. Now with it flashed to a UD04 drive the Drive Platform = RS8A10.
Not sure if this means your drive is a UD03 but it may suggest that. IMGBURN has a feature you can use to check the drives capabilities just by right clicking on the drive if you click on the make disc image feature when it opens.

I think I will give it (flashing to UD04) a shot, being well aware that this might brick my device.
I cannot find a UD04 firmware file anywhere (also checked flashing guide), how should I get this?
I found a file "BDR-UD04_FW114EU.exe" when googling, but I am not sure this is the one I should use (also I cannot extract the bin from the exe).
I was planning to use MakeMKV's sdftool, as I am on a Mac, do you think this is gonna work?

Any chance your paid flasher is running on Mac (M1) or in my Windows running on Parallels?
How would I get it?

I opened the case and found the device being a BDR-UD03ASW (see
https://ibb.co/QP0VnbC). I'd be interested in getting your flasher, what's the procedure?

If the drive platform is rs8510/11 email me for the pioneer flasher.
If the drive platform is mt1959
See guide below or email me or Marty for an automated flasher
