UHD discs can only be decrypted if they are in the public keydb or MakeMKV's native key database. Until someone provides a disc dump file for their disc it will remain unsupported. It is possible that unsupported titles correspond to new versions, but they can just as easily be older regional variants from smaller markets.

On a separate note, has anyone had issues with Bullet Train on 4K? My drive won't even recognize the disc, even though it's brand new and flawless.
Doesn't sound too flawless to me... All you can do is clean it or try a different drive.

Hey Jack, welcome to the forum. The disc ID isn't absolutely essential, but it allows keydb contributors to quicky check if a disc is already supported by the keydb before downloading and processing the disc dump file.
The disc ID is the SHA-1 hash of the
Unit_Key_RO.inf file found inside the
AACS folder on your disc. This can be calculated with a tool such as 7-zip or any other good hash utility.
