LIBMKV_TRACE: Exception: EOF in writeFully

I am having errors...works fine for some of the smaller rips, ie..the trailers etc...however has a bunch of the overlapping frame errors then the EOF in writeFully.

AV synchronization issues were found in file 'T:/MovieRip/t02_Pirates_of_the_Caribbean_On_Stranger_Tides.mkv' (title #3)
AV sync issue in stream 1 at 0:00:05.005 with duration of 8.333ms : encountered overlapping frame, audio skew is +8.333ms
AV sync issue in stream 1 at 0:03:39.177 with duration of 3.708ms : encountered overlapping frame, audio skew is +12.041ms
AV sync issue in stream 1 at 0:03:39.189 with duration of 10.666ms : 1 frame(s) dropped to reduce audio skew to +1.375ms

The error happened because MakeMKV physically failed to write data to your hard drive - please check free space or other signs of failing drive.
