Hi - thanks I followed the KEYDB.cfg instructions - I have unzipped file keydb.cfg saved in:

C:\Users\[my user name]\.MakeMKV

However I still get this following error. Do I need to do something else?

MakeMKV v1.18.3 win(x64-release) started
Using LibreDrive mode (v02.1 id=E9BA8ECC61EF)
Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
Saved AACS dump file as C:/Program Files (x86)/MakeMKV/MKB20_v82_EXCALIBUR_-_4K_UHD_0994.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

You put the keydb.cfg file in the wrong location. For whatever reason your data directory is set to C:/Program Files (x86)/MakeMKV/ and that's where it needs to go or change the data directory in your MakeMKV settings.
