Getting errors

Hello,

Im tryinbg to rip rise of the planets of the apes disc and it keep failing saying 18 titles failed. I am using an ASUS-BW-16D1HT with firmware -3.10. Do I need to update to 3.11? Is it the disc or should I skip this disc?
