I have an official DVD (U2 The Joshua Tree) that contains a full concert 1.5hrs. I can watch the full concert on my PC with VLC, but when I load the disk in MakeMKV, I only see one 2 minutes video which isn't the concert, but just an extra feature.
I wonder what would be the best way to try to recover the video file from the disk?
DVD Working fine in VLC, but nothing shows on MakeMKV (Solved)

Re: DVD Working fine in VLC, but nothing shows on MakeMKV
I just found out how to do it solely using MakeMKV.
Steps:
1. Load the disk as usual in your drive and MakeMKV.
2. Select "Backup" in the toolbar icons.
3. This will prompt you to save an .iso file of the disk. Copy starts...
4. Once the copy is done, select File -> Open DVD files manually...
5. If the .iso is not corrupted, you should see a full list of the videos stored in your disk.
6. Select the Title(s) and chapter(s) you want to extract (help on the syntax : https://makemkv.com/manualdvd/).
7. Profit!
Worked for me. I also discovered another DVD which decodes with artifacts/errors, I'll try to extract it manually to see if it could also fix this problem.
