i need help please.

what tool and what files i need.

A new bluray drive, if you want to do UHD. That hardware pre-dates the ability to do UHD disks.

No, this drive is not compatible. It is simply too old (manufactured in 2014) and has the incompatible drive platform (MT1939). For UHD ripping, you will need a new drive.
