first 14 mins of movie missing from MKV file

I was ripping my polar express DVD and for some reason the file is not starting from the beginning of the movie. The script says "cells 1-10 were removed from title start" so I'm assuming that's where the issue may be coming but I have no idea for sure and I'm trying to figure out how to get those 14 mins to show up.

MakeMKV v1.18.2 win(x64-release) started
Downloading latest SDF to C:\Users\we3rh/.MakeMKV ...
Using direct disc access mode

Try to open the DVD manually and select the Title(s) with the matching length.
Based on how the disc is mastered, it's possible that both parts are stored as separate titles. Then you have to rip both and merge them together with MkvToolnix.
