Getting the following error using two separate bluray players. I would normally say the media is corrupt but I just purchased this brand new from Wally World. I also ran a backup and it was successful which I thought was a good indication the media was good. Any thoughts?

Same problem here. Mike, I submitted a BD+ dump file to svq@makemkv.com. Let us know if you need anything else.

Same issue here at same spots. Guessing there's no need to add another dump, but let me know if you do need one.

You should always send in your dumps. Better too much information than too little.

He's asking if you tried to make the mkv file from the backed up copy.

I tried it myself and had no luck....failed in the exact same spot as when I tried to make the mkv file directly from disc.

I had the same result with the backup copy - no joy. Same error.
