Hello,
Just did a full backup of a commercial blu ray ("Up"). The full backup will reside on the NAS. I am also creating the mkv file which goes on the hard drive of my Aios media player.
During the backup process, I realized that makemkv creates a makemkv folder (with an aacs folder within it). I did check the box to decrypt the blu ray. Not sure what this folder means or how it would impact the creation of a blu ray copy. Has anyone else run into this issue?
Also, is there any way to prevent the display of mkv file name (e.g. "Up.mkv") displayed at the beginning of the mkv file playback?
Thanks in advance.

Hi!
The "MAKEMKV" folder contains the original AACS encryption that has been removed in order to properly decrypt the full disc. It is not required to be present for playback.
The title appearing at the outset of your playback has nothing to do with MakeMKV - it's your player that's activating it...
