I'm getting an odd error message when trying to convert Puss in Boots to mkv. I've attached a screen shot to illustrate both the error and the convert screen.
Any help would be appreciated.

Your drive can not read the disc.
This is not a copy protection issue.
There is no copy protection that can stop a drive reading a disc.
Return the disc for a new one, it is damaged / poorly manufactured.
