This should be already UHD enabled. Download the latest SDF.bin and add it to the MakeMKV data directory (where dumps are generated) then power off the drive and restart MakeMKV.

I downloaded the lastest SDF.bin. Placed it where the dumps get generated (i.e. C:\Users\(me)\.MakeMKV)

Did all the tricks for about an hour, in every possible order, i.e. turned off drive for 5+ seconds. Rebooted computer. Restarted MakeMKV. Uninstalled MakeMKV. Deleted .MakeMKV folder. Used BD in drive. Used 4K UHD in drive. Nothing worked.

FW dumped. I sent it.

What do I do now?

Ok, if it generated a FW dump and you've sent it to support@makemkv.com, now you just have to wait. Check every couple of days for a new SDF.bin.
