Contacting Mike

Hey Guys, I'm quite new to this sort of stuff you know. I was wondering how I would get into contact with Mike to report bugs and to get support. I tried emailing him however I got no reply.

support@makemkv.com is the most reliable way of contacting mike, because you don't have to hope he's accessed the forum. I've had PMs go a month without him retrieving them, and also just a few hours. So... I use email when it's important.
