Question regarding forced subtitles

mkvtoolnix doesn't do any recoding, so the time it takes to run depends on how fast your drive can copy things. In my use, it's only affecting the header of the file (setting flags and such), but re-writing things to remove unneeded tracks takes a moment or two longer.
