Help Flashing BW-16D1X-U for UHD

Hi I recently got a replacement drive for one that recently stopped working and I seem to have gotten lucky with a pioneer in this ASUS unit.

Unfortunately it means I need some help from what looks like Billy or Cooper to patch it to play UHD on a quick turn around if possible.
