Any registration key issued must be handled by the author, Mike, at support@makemkv.com . He's got a complete list of keys sent out, and can work from the email used to buy the key.

I don't recognize the company "Guipin Soft", so it's possible you're original purchase of MakeMKV was through a third-party, but Mike would still have the key information.
