Struggling to open UHD discs on BU40N

Thanks for the responses as they helped me get much further along is the process. As you can see the drive was successfully patched but now I am receiving errors. See below




Any support would be greatly appreciated. I'm really hoping it's not a hardware issue as this drive is barely a week old.

Clean the disc.

Lol that was literally what I did five minutes after posting this and it worked perfectly. But thanks again for all being so responsive, this forum is incredibly useful and I have been ripping like a mad fool ever since.
