The Conjuring last rites

Post by iykkim »

Hi.
I'm just tried "The Conjuring last rites" BD rip file but getting error message as, "The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted" and failed to open disc.
Please see attached AACS dump file that created with this error and thanks in advance for your help.

You need to email the TGZ file to svq@makemkv.com for Mike to see it and process it.

If you want to contribute to the keydb database as well, you can upload the file to, say, google, and post a link to the result (make sure it's public!) here as well.

There is a 4.0MB limit on forum uploads, which is probably why your upload failed.

Hi, Thanks for reply.
It's odd that there was no error message and only success when I post with attachment and file size is 3.34MB too..
Anyway I uploaded the TGZ file in OneDrive link as public view access below.

Thanks

This is workaround information if using already ripped blueray file demux with MakeMKV.
You can see there are "aacs" folder at root and delete this folder only and there are 2 folders remains, BDMV and Certificates.
And doing MakeMKV file open as usual, index file in BDMV folder and now MakeMKV can open ripped blueray again and can doing demux.
I was able to doing demux this ripped UHD blueray title by doing this workaround.
If anyone need to demux blueray disc itself then wait until keydb updated for this title as I uploaded the debug file.
