Dump Submitted - Spinal Tap II: The End Continues (Blu-ray)

This is the first time I've encountered this for a 1080p Blu-ray, but I get this message:
"Automatic SDF downloading is disabled or failed."
and then it spits out:
"Saved AACS dump file as C:/Users/matte/Desktop/High-Def Digest/MKB_v82_Spinal_Tap_II-_The_End_Continues_164E.tgz
Failed to open disc" - which again, I've never encountered on a Blu-ray.

But I submitted the TGZ file all the same
"MKB_v82_Spinal_Tap_II-_The_End_Continues_164E.tgz"

Just bought the Spinal Tap 2 Blu-Ray and am seeing the same issue. I upgraded to the newest version of MakeMKV and still had the issue.
