I'm getting tired of my janky setup involving a bt30n and a rats nest of cables
doesn't even work on UHD

Honestly, I bought an LG BP60NB10 for $130 new and flashed it while I wait for Billy's Pioneers. I've been able to rip 98% of all discs, mostly UHDs, including ones I pick up used that aren't in pristine condition. I'm sure the Pioneer will last longer and cover that 2% but I do think it's worth considering the BP60N if people need something in the meantime.
