Maybe if we had some information, we could help. But, just the error message means little. You didn't even provide a disk name.

Trying MakeMKV's different Opening Modes for DVDs might help.

I can send you a log file.

But finally, I tried different DVD drives and finally the third drive could open this disc.

are you still interested in that log file?
