Crowfax just to make sure did you send in the requested files for “Friends with Benefits” or another disc that appears to have this problem that I started this conversation on.

FYI I download version 1.7 and it still shows this disc as having 120 chapters to the film in the description field.

Any update on this problem? I am having the same issue. Tried making a full backup, in hopes that it would work but it did not.

I’m only guessing but I think it will not be resolved till the next release/update. But it is only a guess.

Hi!

Tried making a full backup, in hopes that it would work but it did not.

I don't believe what's described in this thread would interfere with making a good "FULL DISC" backup with MakeMKV...

The folks responsible for the attempts to protect the Blu-rays can certainly be cute. I just processed an older title ("Pitch Black") and discovered that it presented just the opposite situation.

Whereas the CORRECT chapter count is 19, they had also generated an identical looking .MPLS that contained only two chapters - one for the very beginning (0:00) and one for the very end (I forget the exact times - something in the 1:40s [theatrical] and something in the 1:50s [extended])

Resurrecting this thread even though it's a year old due to the issue still being present.. Is the only difference between the 16 chapter and 121 chapter option the number of chapters? I know some of the later blu-rays some time it has 100's of options and the wrong ones have the movie out of order.. Also the "Primary title" feature chose a 10 chapter 1.1 GB 8:49 timed title.. Need anything from this disc mike admin let me know.
