pioneer drive does not see movies

Hello everyone,
I'm new to the forum and I own a Pioneer BDR-S12 drive.
ChatGPT said to me that this drive is capable of playing UHD movies. I have boutght 5 expensive movies too, but drive dont see anything when I insert the UHD DVD ;(((
Can anyone give me any hint?

What is the exact drive model? Not all of them are UHD capable.

The UHD one would show up as s12u and 8F01 as drive platform I believe

Email me for a pioneer flasher to convert it to UHD firmware
