Most likely not. Pretty sure you will brick this drive trying. MT1959 is fulfilled but firmware date should be at least late 2015. They named the revision of MT1939 as MT1959 but only the hardware revisions of MT1959 from late 2015 are actually flashable for UHD.

standard BluRays will work but without the help of libredrive.
