Thanks...
What is the point in this?? Please don't create useless threads!! At the very least, try giving some actual useful information!!! You have provided nothing but the name of the movie. All of these types of threads/posts should at a minimum, contain the dump file name.

Did you email the tgz dump file to svq@makemkv.com??

Additionally, if you want to help the community, you can host the dump file somewhere and post a download link here so that someone can add a record for your disc to the public KeyDB database.
Cheers :D

Well when I submitted the post there was an attachment that isn't there now...so it would have been useful if something hadn't stripped that off...

It's attached here...again...lets see what happens this time....

Right so everytime I try to attach it the file shows with a yellow triangle - WTF does that mean? - obviously it doesn't like it but there's nothing to tell me why...only 123KB so it's not size...

Nice to meet you. (This is a Google translation, so the language may be a bit off.)

It seems like you used to be able to upload attachments directly to the message board, but that's no longer possible.

Currently, if you upload the dump file to your own Google Drive or a shared online storage service and post the link on the message board, they should be able to help.

You can find out where to upload it by looking at the links in other people's posts.

Do not try and attach files here. You should host it somewhere else then provide a download link.

I assume you emailed the dump file to svq@makemkv.com for processing? If not, please do so, otherwise it won't get added to MakeMKV's hashed keys database.

thanks for posting,

While yes, maybe a waste of threadspace, but it at least tells others like me who have problems with the same bluray that they aren't looking at a disk problem.

Well you could be. It all depends on what error you get in the log window.

Hi
not sure if this is what your refering to,
MakeMKV v1.18.2 win(x64-release) started
Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
""""This disc uses newer version of AACS protection."""" Please let us know about it by visiting http://www.makemkv.com/a/?i4rQ985qdMh5OC...

But unable to download into Make MKV for above reason..
mine also does not play in VLC, plays fine in bluray panasonic player in dolby Atmos

If it is a MKBv82 disc, the log window would have said a tgz dump file was created and provided a link to it's location. Click that link to open up the location in explorer and you should email that tgz dump file to svq@makemkv.com

Thanks, initially you get

MakeMKV v1.18.2 win(x64-release) started
Using LibreDrive mode (v06.3 id=866A98CB9C4E)
Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
This disc uses newer version of AACS protection. Please let us know about it by visiting http://www.makemkv.com/a/?y2p0D8pA33QPkx. .

and makemkv tries to continue so you never see the tgz message. You only get the tgz message if you cancel. (and not always does the cancel cancel!)

In cases where I've seen the message about tgz before (UHD disks) there was no message about AACS so the message about the tgz was more obvious. Not so in this case.

I did submit the tgz anyway.

I also submitted the tgz file...last week.

Still not working for me - which just seems to be taking some time - reading through other examples they seem to be added 'next-day'. Is something still missing for this to be able to be done?

Worked for me today (thanks Mike)

success on my 2nd try, the first had to do the all important download of the new key. Look for.....

This disc uses newer version of AACS protection. Please let us know about it by visiting http://www.makemkv.com/a/?GP+kvz6JPohVhk...
Downloading latest HK to C:\Users\tony/.MakeMKV ...
and then restart/try again.

All worth it for the instrumental of Silvertown Blues....

What does Jurassic World Rebirth have to do with Sailing to Philidelphia??

Keys are different for different titles and often regions, also batches sometimes.
