REQ: Auto-create target dir

Despite having set MakeMKV's default destination setting to auto, I'm still asked every time if I want to create the target inside the main video folder. Would be nice to have an option to autocreate this dir (though I'd still prefer being able to name the mkv itself). I'm currently adapting my MultiShrink script for MakeMKV and the less clicks necessary the better Thx.
