Issue: This disc uses newer version of AACS protection

I am unable to open a new Blu-Ray disc with AACS v82. I've emailed <svq@makemkv.com> but also read I can attach the tgz file for others to look at. How long does it usually take to get the new key and how does MakeMKV update? Does it download updates or does it look for the key each time you try to open a disc?

You don't attach the dump here. You can host it somewhere such as google drive or one drive or any other hosting site and provide a download link here and someone may be able to add a key to the public KeyDB.
