General Question - newby...

Hello

I am about to buy my first BluRay Disc, as the Documentation Film I want to see is only available as BluRay.
Now my Notebook doesnt play BluRay, that's why I want to convert it on my brothers Notebook to an MKV file.

Is MakeMKV what I need to use? Just run it and it will do the job?

So long as you have access to a computer that has a blu-ray drive, you can use MakeMKV to create an MKV file and copy the MKV file to whatever you want to watch it on.
