Jurassic Park rebirth
Jurassic Park rebirth
Just received my disc today and when I try to open it up it give me over 200 hash key errors. It would not give me a dump file to put on here. Could anybody help me figure out if the disc is bad or if it's just a new encryption.

Not new encryption and may not be a bad disc. This happens alot wihth UHD discs! Give the disc a good cleaning before trying again.
Cheers

Thanks for the response I'm working on another one right now. As soon as it finishes I will clean it and try it again. If it is a bad disc though this is the last time I'm ordering online I will buy them local from now on.MartyMcNuts wrote: ↑Wed Sep 10, 2025 12:21 amNot new encryption and may not be a bad disc. Yep, I buy locally whenever I can and only online when not available in my local store (or in the case of Disney, discs are not available in Australia at all!!) Jurassic Park Rebirth isn't released here until October 8th!csbond2 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 10, 2025 12:23 amThanks for the response I'm working on another one right now. But, yeah, those errors are usually fixed by cleaning the disc. If wiping it down with a soft microfibre cloth doesn't work, you may have to do a deep cleaning using soapy water.

Re: Jurassic Park rebirth
Just to let you know cleaning it seems to have worked. I appreciate all the answers that I got back I've been doing this stuff since 2004. But 4K blu-rays are rather new to me as far as this so I've got to get used to some of the procedures but thank you for your helpMartyMcNuts wrote: ↑Wed Sep 10, 2025 12:29 amYep, I buy locally whenever I can and only online when not available in my local store (or in the case of Disney, discs are not available in Australia at all!!)
