Account Lookup?

Hi, I'm fairly certain I purchased a license a few years ago but can't find any email referencing MakeMKV. Would it have come from somewhere else?

If I can't find my key is there a purchase lookup?

"a few years ago" is ambiguous. A FEW years ago, it was likely PayPro that handled the key, and it would be in an email from them. It should still reference MakeMKV, though.

I bought a key in 2019. My email was from 2checkout.com at that time. Sometime in there the payment processor switched to PayPro Global.

I'd start with PayPro Global's support.

This was at least five years ago. I searched but couldn't find it. I think I'll just pay for a new license, I'm definitely getting the value out of it.
