Error when importing file into Handbrake.

Post by Custard »

Hey guys, got my BluRay drive the other day and heard that MakeMKV was the best way to do it with my limited knowledge of encoding/ripping.
I've successfully ripped about 5 movies using a guide I found: http://lifehacker.com/5559007/the-hassl ... collection
When I rip the movie "Water for Elephants" with MakeMKV, and drag it into Handbrake, it gives me an error: http://i.imgur.com/SQPfe.png
This also happens with the movie "Salt". I've tried ripping both of them twice with no avail.
This same technique worked flawlessly for another 4 movies, so I don't know what to do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Apparently Handbrake only supports files with up to 20 streams, and both of the files that wouldn't work had more.
I'm re-ripping them with only the audio and video that I need. Hopefully that should work.

The HandBrake nightly builds no longer have that limitation. There's an announcement on the HandBrake forums.
