Refund?
I bought a key 5 days ago, never got it - but got a refund today? Any updates here? I see beta key still isn't updated either.

Same. My guess is he hasn't been communicative with PayPro so they are pre-emptively refunding all charges since this started.

I received a refund, but according to Mike's response in this thread (viewtopic.php?f=1&t=31137#top) It looks like the Beta Key has been updated?

Same I bought mine last Friday and out of the blue received an email about the refund. I hope Mike is okay!

I realized that as soon as I hit submit. Until (hopefully until instead of unless) Mike returns, nothing we can do.
I did not become aware of MakeMKV until around 6-8 years ago and am certainly not a religious follower of the forums, but I saw plenty of times where the beta key was not updated immediately after expiring.
However, this is the longest I ever saw pass before it was updated.
I think the longest I saw prior to this incident was 3 or 4 days.

Thanks for the info I tried it for the first time last month, liked it purchased it and got knocked back... so no idea what is happening here 
Will try again at a later date. Nice software and does the job...
One wierd thing though is that not only the makemkv no lonegr works but some blurays will no longer work in in vlc... but work again if i set the clock back! Guess there must be some connection there.
