Hello Everyone
Friday, 8/1 I purchased a full MKV lifetime license from PayPro Global for $60 and received an email to contact MKV directly at support@makemkv.com to get the License Key but so far MKV hasn't responded. Is there typically a delay in response time to receive the license.

Normally you would get the key from PayPro Global a few moments after you payed for the software. But something seems have gone wrong in the last couple of days; it seems that PayPro Global is out of stock of keys to hand out when someone buys MakeMKV. Undoubtedly Mike will get this situation sorted out, hopefully soon, and everyone who has purchased a key will get one.

Reaching out to PayPro is not necessary; they should provide a refund within a few days.
