Hey folks,
as the title might already point out, I bought a makemkv license, but never got the key by mail, what's the problem here? Already waiting more than 24 hrs. is this just because of the weekend?

Not that it helps you, but I've been waiting since Thursday. I sent a support email yesterday. Still waiting. I received an invoice and an order complete email from PayPro Global.

It is my understanding that what should have happened is after PayPro Global accepted payment, they should have emailed you a key. It seems that PayPro Global has run out of a stock of keys to give to customers. They kept accepting payment and told people to contact MakeMKV for a key. Undoubtedly Mike, that author of MakeMKV, was not expecting this to be the case.
I have faith that Mike will fix the situation so that PayPro Global has a stock of keys again and those who have already paid get a working key for the software. Unfortunately I don't have any insight into when all this will get fixed.

I'm in the same boat. Ordered August 1st and sent an email to support. It doesn't look like this is the first time it's happened, so I will be patient and hopefully receive an email soon.

Same here, bought on Saturday, payment taken but no key, Paypro were happy to take the money and then just said "For MakeMKV license key please contact vendor directly at support@makemkv.com" which I did straight away. I get that it was the weekend but would like my license now please

I bought mine Friday and still nothing. I contacted both support teams and was told I have to wait on MKV.

I just noticed that the purchase and payment page is offline. That's something to think about.

I was going to buy a licence today. Having seen that the payment page is down I'm sceptical how safe it would be to make any payments

Hello everyone, I paid for the key on Saturday 02.08.25 via PayPal (I have the invoice). Unfortunately, I haven't received the key yet, and no response to my emails. How long do I have to wait for the key?

Great question! I too purchased on Saturday and understand it will likely be a few days. Will we get notified by the email address used for PayPal when the keys are generated for us?

It does worry me a little that Mike's last post in this forum was back on May 6th. Should we be worried about him?

He would have updated the beta key since then, since the currently available key was only valid for July. I bought the license back on August 1. As of today, like everyone else, I have not received the product registration key. I have emailed support six times and I have emailed Paypro at least ten times. Nothing is happening.
A few minutes ago, I received an email saying that Paypro was going to refund my purchase.
