The Chosen Season 3, Disc 2 errors

Thought that I would post this, if anyone else is having an issue with the just purchased Season 3 of the series "The Chosen".
Disc 2 in the set has and issue with title_t00. At time code 00:09:32, the problem appears to be a sync and file corruption issue with the particular title_t00. This is the second factory fresh disc, I have had the exact same issue in the exact same spot. I'm thinking that the original glass source master must have a problem, being that two discs in a row exhibit the same issue in the exact same spot.
I finally broke out and old blu-ray drive I have instead of using my new ASUS drives, (that could not finish) that can read 4K and it was able to rip the disc, with a lot of working around the problem area. Here is my log from that rip. Once it finished, at the timecode pointed out above, there is a hesitation in the video as well as the video itself is distorted for about 3 seconds and then it plays on as normal.

I'm having problems with The Chosen Season 5 disc 2 trying to rip episode 4 & 6

Disk is brand new never been used and has no scratches on it that i can see.

Clean the disc.
Disk is brand new never been used and has no scratches on it that i can see.
None of that is relevant! The drive is having trouble reading a section of the disc. CLEAN IT! Then try again. You have nothing to lose. Another thing you could try is to clean the drive's lasers.

If that still doesn't help, you may need to try a different drive. As silly as it sounds, some drives just don't like some discs. This is why most of us have multiple drives. If a disc won't read in one drive, it will most likely read in one of the other drives.

OK I’ll give that another shot and I’m also going to buy another external writer, probably that LG you have on your site. It’s gotta be the drive cause I’ve cleaned the disk and even shot some compressed air in the drive and still nothing. It’s gotta be the drive like you said or the disk is faulty to begin with. If I get it to work with another drive I’ll post back here to let you know. Thanks for the help!
