Unable to open new DVD release using Makemkv 1.18.1

Title is "The Monkey" by NEON.
Error message is: Error 'Scsi error - ILLEGAL REQUEST:READ OF SCRAMBLED SECTOR WITHOUT AUTHENTICATION' occurred while reading 'DVD+R-DL HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GUE1N 1.00 KXLK35J1856' at offset '1048576'.
I assume this is a new encryption issue.
