Pb With New Installation

Hello,

When y try to install a new version of MakeMkv y have this error message :

Impossible d'effectuer l'op?ration car l'?l?ment "libdriveio.dylib" est utilis?

Wath wrong ?

Please remove and reinstall latest version, 1.7.0
