Impossible to rip my burned dvd's

Hello,

I am trying to rip my entire dvd collection. I have no problem doing this with the retails I own, but when I try to do it with my iso-backup dvd's, the program can't read them or freezes. Why??

Nobody knows? I am alone with this problem?

I'm having the same issue trying to read ISOs using the Mac version of MakeMKV. The program always crashes with a fatal error after a few seconds of reading the ISO file and generating the output MKV file.

Thank you for reporting this. Two questions:

1. How was original ISO produced - was it direct copy or some other decryption software.
2. Can you please open the iso again, select the same title(s) but unselect all subtitles, try to save and post the result here.
