A complete unknown Blu-ray

Hi. My first time here. Just tried to rip the Dylan biopic ‘a complete unknown’ and it failed. Tried a couple if times to no avail. Rather frustrating but I was wondering if this had happened to anyone else. Thanks

knowing some information about the disk would help. Especially the log from the rip attempt.
